    The academic year from June to May is divided into two terms as follows:

    First Term- June to October; Second Term- November to March

    The school follows the curriculum prescribed by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations. The trilingual method is followed, with English as the medium of instruction. A student from Std. I and above must study both Kannada and Hindi as Second and Third Language combination.

    Value Education forms an integral part in our curriculum as it helps students to build up a virtuous character and develop moral and ethical values.

    QUALITY CIRCLE TIME

    The is to help the school to create positive, constructive, nurturing, collaborative policies through Quality Circle Time, which promotes a healthy interaction amongst teachers and students to build up a good rapport and positivity.

    MUSIC AND DANCE

    Music & Dance as an integral part of the curriculum help children relax, enjoy and express themselves. Music helps them to develop the concept of rhythm and beat.  Dance, as a significant art form, promotes cooperative and collaborative group endeavours amongst students.

    CMCA

    Children’s Movement for Civic Awareness, believes that nurturing active citizenship amongst children is a sure way of ensuring vibrant, participatory democracy. This helps in aspiring the students to work for a corruption free country and even instilling into the minds of students a sense of responsibility towards environmental and social issues. CMCA aims to achieve this by conducting rallies, walkathon, campaigns, field trips etc.  We  have formed a Civic Club to spread civic awareness in the society.

    PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS

    Students from Std. I and above are grouped into four houses:  Kadamba, Chalukya, Hoysala and Rashtrakuta to foster healthy Inter House competitive spirit.  All the students are given a chance to participate in games, athletic events and physical training displays. Inter House competitions are organized regularly to encourage team spirit. A Rolling Shield is given to the House, which obtains maximum points in all the competitions held throughout the year.

    FIELD TRIPS / EXCURSIONS / CLASS PICNICS

    The school organises regular field trips, and excursions for all classes to give them a better exposure and a unique educational experience.

    COMPETITIONS

    The school organises several competitions and encourages students to participate in several Intra and Inter House/School competitions regularly. Every student is expected to participate in these competitions and bring out his/her best. Also, events like Sports Day, Talents Day, Annual Day and celebration of the festivals provide a platform for the students to display their talent.

    ICT CLASSROOMS

    Information and Communication Technology enabled classrooms make learning fun in Classic by helping the students to understand the Three-dimensional aspects clearly. When integrated into regular teaching it makes it more effective and leads to meaningful learning.

    AUDIO VISUAL ROOM

    Audio Visual aids facilitates easy learning of abstract concepts and also provides the students with entertainment. Teaching through Audio Visual becomes more skilful and interactive leading to better learning outcomes.

    ACTIVITY ROOM

    Activity Room is designed to enhance specific skills of the students and is equipped with a collection of educational apparatuses to provide the students with an ideal learning environment.

    AGE FOR ADMISSION

    For admission to Std. I, the child should have completed 5 years 10 months as on June 01 of the academic session. Admission to other classes will depend on vacancies, if any.

    THE MANAGEMENT HAS THE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE  THE ABOVE MENTIONED RULES OF THE INSTITUTION
